← Mayura AI Legal HubEffective Date: August 24, 2026
Mayura AI™, Inc. and Mayura LLC ("we," "our") respect your privacy.
This policy explains what we collect when you visit mayura.ai or work with us, and what the software you license from us does not send back to us. Mayura AI™, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, provides the Site and the Software; Mayura LLC, a Washington limited liability company, provides the Professional Services. Each is responsible for the information it holds for its own Offering.
- Scope
- The Site. mayura.ai and our related web properties, including our contact form. We operate the Site, so this policy describes what it collects.
- Professional Services. Advisory and engineering engagements, where you may share materials with us under a separate written agreement.
- The Software. The Mayura software you license, install, and run on hardware you control. See Section 3: it sends us nothing.
- These terms are defined in our Terms of Use, Section 1.
- Information We Collect (Site and Professional Services)
- What you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you select, and your message.
- How you reached the form: a hidden field records which call-to-action button you clicked, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link, so an inquiry arrives labeled with its origin.
- What you submit through the subscribe form: your email address, the page you subscribed from, and the same origin details described above: the call-to-action you clicked, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link.
- Email and other correspondence you send us, and the materials you choose to share with us during an engagement.
- Site analytics: aggregate usage measurements for the Site itself, such as page views, referring sites, and general device and browser type.
- Hosting and security logs: our website hosting provider records standard request data, including IP addresses, when your browser loads a page. We also use the IP address of a form submission transiently to rate-limit submissions and block abuse.
- What the Software Does Not Send Us
- The Software runs on hardware you own and operate. It contains no usage or content telemetry, and it does not send us your content, your configuration, or your usage. Update checks exchange version metadata only, never content.
- We do not receive, host, or store the data your deployment processes, so there is nothing on our side to share, sell, retain, or hand over.
- Information about your deployment reaches us only when you deliberately send it, for example in a support request or during an engagement. What you send is then covered by Sections 5 through 8.
- If you configure the Software to call a third-party service, such as a cloud model provider, that traffic goes from your systems directly to that provider under their terms, not through us.
- Cookies and Local Storage (Site)
- We do not use cookies for advertising or for tracking you across other sites, and we do not run ad networks on the Site.
- Our contact and subscribe forms store the referral and call-to-action values described above in your browser's session storage, so the origin of your visit survives a page reload. Closing the tab clears them.
- Our hosting and security providers may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver and protect the Site.
- How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and to deliver Professional Services you engage us for.
- To send you the content updates you subscribed to, such as new posts and comparison updates.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to understand which content brings people to it.
- To monitor and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- Sharing
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We may share information we hold with service providers that support the Site and our business, in the categories of website hosting, product analytics, and email delivery, including transactional messages and our subscriber list. Our email delivery provider stores that list on our behalf.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.
- If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information we hold may transfer as part of that transaction.
- Content processed inside your deployment of the Software is never part of any of the above, because we never have it.
- Data Retention
- We retain contact form submissions, correspondence, and engagement materials for as long as needed for the business relationship and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
- We retain subscriber email addresses until you unsubscribe. Every email we send you includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
- Site analytics are retained in aggregate form under our analytics provider's standard retention period.
- You may request deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing . We cannot delete data held inside your own deployment of the Software, because we do not have it and cannot reach it. That data is under your control.
- Security
- The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and form submissions are transmitted over them.
- Information you send us is held in standard business systems, such as email and our hosting provider, protected by those providers' security controls. Access is limited to personnel who need it.
- Your deployment of the Software is secured by you, including its hardware, network, operating system, access control, and backups. We have no access to it.
- Your Rights
- California (CCPA): access, delete, opt-out of data sharing.
- EU (GDPR): access, correction, deletion, data portability.
- To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 11.
- Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy. Changes are effective when posted, and the Effective Date above tells you when it last changed.
