About Mayura AI
Sovereign intelligence infrastructure for data-driven organizations.
Our Mission
We believe organizations should own their AI infrastructure, not rent it. Mayura builds sovereign intelligence systems grounded in three pillars: continuous intelligence that works 24/7 without human initiation, data sovereignty that keeps sensitive information on hardware you control, and flat economics that don't scale against your success.
The cloud AI model works against you: vendors profit when you process more, which puts a ceiling on how much AI you can afford to use. We remove that ceiling by bringing the intelligence engine to your data, on your hardware, under your control.
Founder's Story

Hello, I'm Matt Savarino, the founder of Mayura AI. I've been a full-stack product developer for over 25 years building systems that turn raw information into clear, useful insights.
Enterprise Data Infrastructure
I spent the last 6 years at Microsoft AI as a forward-deployed engineer co-innovating on Azure AI solutions with enterprise customers. We worked directly with organizations to rapidly build data processing and intelligence pipelines in under 8 weeks. Every quarter, a new challenge in a new industry. This deepened my understanding of enterprise data infrastructure at scale and the patterns that make AI deployments succeed.
Content Processing at Broadcast Scale
Before that, I spent 13 years at Disney building content processing systems at ABC-ESPN scale, serving millions of users and billions of views. I was the sole engineer for ESPN's community profiles, comments, and forums before they gave identity to Facebook due to cost of trolls. I also led a culture change at ABC through A/B testing. Those years taught me how high-throughput data systems work and what processing at scale really costs.
Why Mayura Exists
I've built this exact system 3 times: at Disney, at Microsoft, and in consulting. Same pattern: ingest raw data, enrich it with intelligence, surface insights continuously. Each time, I saw the same constraints: cloud costs that scaled against success, and data that couldn't leave the building.
The timing finally lines up: local AI models are good enough, edge hardware is capable enough, and the market is ready. Mayura is that architecture, productized.
