Acceptable Use Policy
← Mayura AI Legal HubEffective Date: July 30, 2026
This policy applies to the Site (mayura.ai and any surface we host), to Professional Services engagements, and to the Software you license and run on your own hardware. Mayura AI™, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, provides the Site and the Software; Mayura LLC, a Washington limited liability company, provides the Professional Services. Those three Offerings are defined in Section 1 of our Terms of Use, and the limits and remedies below differ by which one is involved.
Site and Hosted Surfaces
You must not use the Site, any surface we host, or a Professional Services engagement to:
- Submit or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Promote violence, terrorism, or harassment.
- Distribute malware or engage in fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
- Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or violate our Terms of Use.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or interfere with operation, including denial-of-service and scraping we have not permitted.
Software You Run
The Software runs on hardware you own and operate. We have no visibility into it, and no ability to monitor, moderate, or remotely disable a running deployment. You control it, and you are responsible for what it processes and produces, including compliance with the laws and obligations that apply to you.
Your license does not permit you to use the Software to commit crimes, to infringe others' rights, or to produce material that is unlawful to produce, including CSAM. It also does not permit you to replicate the Software or its interfaces, to remove or circumvent license controls, or to redistribute it in ways your license agreement does not allow.
Enforcement
Our remedies match what is structurally within our reach:
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Site or to any account on a surface we host.
- We may end a Professional Services engagement as its agreement or statement of work provides.
- We may terminate the Software license for material breach, in which case you must stop using the Software and remove it from your systems.
- We may report unlawful activity to the authorities where the law requires it.
We cannot reach into a deployment running on your hardware, and we do not. For the Software, enforcement of this policy is contractual.
